Buxton Museum and Art Gallery hosts a changing programme of exhibitions during the year, which includes hosting shows by visiting artists and groups and curating displays drawn from our own collections.
Since 1982 we have run the annual Derbyshire Open art competition. The resulting exhibition is the highlight of our summer programme and a popular fixture in Buxton Festival Fringe.
